Wow! What an amazing apartment, met all expectations and more. The owners have thought of everything here and it's like a home from home, there wasn't one thing we could thing of that they didn't have covered. The welcome treats were a lovely touch. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, it is immaculate, well kept and high quality. The location to the seafront was perfect and car parking such a bonus. We didn't want to leave and look forward to returning.

Fantastic couple of days in Llandudno staying in the basement. Such a beautiful apartment with every type of mod-con and gadget you could possibly want. The Hive heating made it easy to adjust the temperature and we were always warm. The beds were amazingly comfortable, the bathroom was modern and clean and the kitchen décor was really nice. Loved the little touches like wireless chargers in the bedrooms and Alexa dotted around the house. Add to that the sideboard full of puzzles and games which made for an enjoyable night with our daughters. The 500 piece jigsaw also kept us very occupied over the 3 night break and we were extremely pleased to finally finish it on the morning that we left! In terms of Llandudno I can't really say a thing bad about it, fantastic walk up the Orme on our first day and fish and chips at the top as a reward. Great town centre; loads of shops! Lovely promenade and just a great little mini break with fantastic weather to boot.

Amazing apartment close enough to leave your car and walk to great restaurants, shops and sights. The photos do not do justice to how beautiful the basement is. Quality fixtures, fittings and technology together with beautiful decor makes for the most relaxing of stays. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place looked like new. was so clean and couldn't have asked for any thing better. equipment in kitchen was fully stocked and everything you could need to cook a full meal. beds were so comfy didn't want to get up. Was nice and warm and cosy with heating easy to use.

We had a fabulous 3 day stay at the Basement. It was spotless, beds were very comfortable with nice bed linen, the kitchen was fully equipped and we had milk, sugar chocolates left which was a lovely touch. As the basement had a drive and parking space this was very handy when unloading and loading and with the rear entrance if stairs are a problem. We felt very safe and the area was lovely and quiet. We would definitely not hesitate to rebook this again as we visit Llandudno regularly and love it. Thank you again Ellen for your clear instruction and messages to see if everything was okay. The instruction in the book were very clear and easy to understand. Great host and great property 5 Star.

Spotlessly clean. Excellent siting, near sea, shops, Gt.Orme etc. Good parking. All basic kitchen requirements there, which is a great help. Personally I'd like a bigger towel but they did supply large ones. A great place, would go again.

An amazing place to stay! Great location, very clean and everything you expect from a holiday apartment plus lots more useful little extras. Beds were very comfortable and the back garden (when benefited from the late afternoon and evening sunshine) was a bonus for us with little ones. We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very modern with all mod cons, brilliantly situated in Llandudno. We enjoyed the outside space too. Plenty to do from the door which we like. As well as the pier we went up Great Orme on a little tour bus and called at the local whisky distillery which was a few minutes walk from the apartment. We can recommend La Taverna Italian and Next Door tapas bistro which was newly opened and literally next door!!

My 86 year old mum and I have just spent a great weekend at this apartment and her standards are very high! Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Normally, I am sceptical about claims of a 5 minute walk to amenities but in this case it was spot on. We were able to walk to shops, cafes, the prom and the pier, all pretty much on the door step. We would definitely stay here again.

The Basement is decorated to an amazing standard and all the high tech touches make it even more special . It was spotlessly clean and the little touches of milk , fruit cake and lovely seagull biscuits were so welcoming. The location couldn’t be more perfect .. so easy and quick to get the seafront with the lovely boardwalk and the most incredible sunrises. So worth getting up early for. We walked The Great Orme from The Basement. Location 10 out of 10 ! Communication was great with Ellen. Amazing long weekend at The Basement and can’t wait to come back. Can’t say enough good things about Ellens place . You won’t regret booking ! Amazing x

This is an absolute gem of an apartment with every convenience covered. Location couldn't have been better for exploring Llandudno and the surrounding area. The apartment was spacious, clean and well organised. The addition of board games in the cupboard were a bonus when the weather took a turn for the worse. All the amentities within the flat were to a high quality and all easy to use with the very helpful welcome book. It really felt like a home from home. Lovely stay at the Basement apartment. Is a minutes walk to the seafront but in a quiet street so no noise at all. Very clean and equipped with everything you need for a stay including phone charging pads which are a nice touch. Great to have designated parking also. Would recommend to anyone looking for a central Llandudno location and would use again if we venture back again.

Having gone to University nearby we wanted a base for seeing friends and getting to our favourite places. We ended up staying in on two of the three nights as the place was so comfortable and had everything you could want from a break away. The location is perfect as it is mid Llandudno however far enough away from the main road to not be disturbed by too much noise. Really lovely place in a great location with lots of privacy and comfort.

There is a lot of technology available, even Alexa, and I loved the welcome tablet that advises you on local weather, events and places to eat out etc and as an added bonus there is off road parking and a private rear garden !! Amazing holiday, I can't wait to return.
